How we work

The first approach for Taite’s executive coaching service often comes from a CEO, senior leader or board member who sees a need to help an organisational leader build their communication skills.

They know that executive coaching is the key to learning that leads to improved capability in communication, conflict resolution and, ultimately, leadership that inspires.

Taite will conduct an initial discussion then outline the way forward. We’ll meet to make sure the fit is right and agree on our coaching deliverables.

Usually, we conduct executive coaching in about six fortnightly sessions of about an hour, in person at your workplace.

Together, we’ll determine action items to build leadership and management capability: your organisation’s long-term investment in people power.
