How this works

Conflict management coaching usually occurs in person at the workplace, although online is possible, in typically three to six 90-minute sessions. Sometimes only one or two sessions are required. Before we begin, Taite will listen to your concerns and your goals and then provide some options and pricing.

It’s a powerful way of developing skills to move forward from conflict, particularly when:

  • workplace mediation is not possible
