Tania Waters’ career canvasses senior management and HR leadership in large multinational corporations, where she communicates effectively at the most senior levels – with board members, CEOs and high-stakes investors.

She applies her specialist workplace mediation training to help resolve workplace conflicts in organisations such as:

• state and local governments
• universities and independent schools
• mining and oil and gas companies
• professional services firms, private businesses and not-for-profits.

She also serves as a team member at PIMCA (Psychologically-Informed Mediation Centre Australia), alongside Dr. Darren Moroney and several other nationally accredited mediators.
