Our mediation services are:

Thanks to Taite Mediation (Tania Waters), we were able to resolve a challenging situation in a way that restored trust and strengthened communication which allowed all parties to feel genuinely heard and respected throughout the process.
They bring a rare combination of professionalism, impartiality, and deep practical knowledge of mediation with an ability to cut through complexity with clarity. I would highly recommend Taite Mediation to any organisation seeking an exceptional workplace mediator who delivers meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Tania Waters has a communication style that immediately puts you at ease and encourages open, genuine conversation. You feel in safe hands with her patient approach and her ability to listen not only to what is said, but also to what isn’t. She
guides discussions with calm confidence, helping maintain a positive and constructive flow.
When a situation feels unsolvable, Tania has a way of finding the right words to help people see a path forward that truly serves them. Her caring, attentive manner makes you feel like you are her only client and that supporting you is the most important thing on her agenda that day.
I would highly recommend Tania to anyone wanting to explore solutions, without reservation.
Tania provided mediation services to myself and a colleague after I raised a behavioural issue. I was nervous leading up to the mediation given we were dealing with a difficult topic and situation, however Tania put me at ease from the introductory meeting and handled the session itself in an objective and no-nonsense approach.
As soon as some of these indicative behaviours started to appear in the session, she called it out with the individual immediately in a firm but professional manner which was also very assuring. We ended up resolving the issue within the mediation itself which was really appreciated.
I had the opportunity to work with Tania during a difficult workplace conflict, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first session, she created an environment where I felt genuinely heard.
She made sure that each person had a fair and equal opportunity to speak, and she did so with
patience and great respect.
Tania has an ability to truly understand people’s pain without taking sides. When conversations became difficult or emotions ran high, she gently guided us, especially in moments when we struggled to find the right words. Her approach made it possible to communicate more clearly and honestly. I felt very safe in her presence.
What stands out most is her integrity. She is not someone who pushes mediation forward just for the sake of it. If she believes mediation is not the right path, she is transparent about that.
Tania genuinely believes that people can move forward from conflict, and has the experience, ability and deep passion to make that belief a reality. I would recommend Tania without hesitation to anyone seeking a fair and compassionate mediator.”
Sometimes workplace conflict escalates to a point where hoping “they’ll sort it out” is no longer a viable strategy.
